Fettucine for Saturday, tortellini for Tuesday.
It wasnt worth it, took too long. Think I'll stick to the fettucine. I had issues again with the filling soggying up the dough so then it tore holes. I dont think I cooked it long enough, it had a certain crunch to it. Otherwise edible.
