Look! wat fantastic colour! its been a year since i've had and fallen in love with fresh beetroot. at $1.50 a bunch, i couldnt pass it. try it. great simply roasted with oil, salt and pepper.

remember to clean ur teeth afterwards though. someone thought my gums were bleeding for a sec last time.
